Gadgetry: Rave Vambrace and Wrist Control

 

Your at a rave, music is pounding, lights are flashing sporadically, and colorful clothing lights the midnight backdrop. Common attire of glow sticks, rave gloves, and furry leg warmers mark the floor. Your heart pounds to the pulse of the music and you want to express your excitement. Gadget Rave Vambrace flashes, shocks, and pulse to every stark motion youu make. So you can see and experience the rhythms in a whole new way.

 

Vambrace utilizing accelerometers and PCBs to pulse bright light

with pump of fist. Designed PCB’s using Eagle CAD. Programed AVRs.

 

Lights: Super bright Cree LEDs, 14 surface mount 14 through hole

Chip: ATtiny85

Sensors: Two buttons and an analog accelerometer.
